Michael St.Mark 2010<\/p>\n<p>_________CONTEXT____________________________________________________<br \/>\nFor  everyone ( probably everyone) who&#8217;s experienced the &#8220;bus stop blues&#8221;, spending time kicking about, languishing, within some drab old bus shelter for any length of time &#8211; especially on a wet winter&#8217;s day &#8211; there is a definite subjective experience of time seeming to s l o w r i. g .h ..t ..d ..o &#8230;w &#8230;n &#8230;t &#8230;o &#8230;. a &#8230;. c &#8230;. r &#8230;..   a &#8230;..     w  &#8230;&#8230;.      l.<br \/>\nInterestingly, if one consciously decides to conduct a Dada experiment by replacing intense irritability at being delayed in one&#8217;s self-important busy daily round &#8211; feeling trapped inside an odorous tin and glass box by the roadside &#8211; by, in its stead, positively embracing the experience, then one can turn the situation around to counter the equally frustrating common feeling that <strong>life is rushing and passing one by too rapidly.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe artist is therefore suggesting through this conceptual yet universally applicable work, that we challenge insane society&#8217;s tyrannical time-rush imposition upon us by spending at least half a day deliberately loitering in various bus shelters ( or train platforms, that work equally well ) &#8230;.and relish a virtual timeless experience.<\/p>\n<p>__________DATA_______________________________________________________<br \/>\nSigned LightJet print on Kodak Pro Endura<br \/>\n 24&#8243; x 18&#8243;<br \/>\nOne worldwide<br \/>\n \u00a31580 <\/p>\n<p>* June 2014; This Work now sold<\/p>\n"},"caption":{"rendered":"<p>Work no. 404 c.
